1,000 MW Solar Park Commissioned in Bikaner, Boosting Renewable Capacity

Rajasthan strengthened its renewable energy leadership by commissioning a 1,000 MW solar park in Pugal, Bikaner. The Energy Minister stated this public-private partnership project attracted ₹4,500 crore investment. It aligns with the state's ambitious solar energy targets, creating over two thousand local jobs. The power generated will supply both the state grid and neighboring northern states, boosting regional energy security.
